JORGEN MADSEN PRESIDENT AND CEO, NORTH AMERICA Mr. Madsen studied mechanical engineering in Denmark and began his career at the Danish company Medimatic as, a distributor of ultrasound systems throughout Europe. Since 1986, Mr. Madsen has worked in the U.S. healthcare industry, most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing for Bruel & Kjaer, Inc. Since January 1998, Mr. Madsen has been a member of the UMS management team, serving as President and CEO of United Medical Systems, Inc. In his role as member of the Management Board, Mr. Madsen is responsible for the North American market and for new business. |

GLENN A. HETU CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Mr. Hetu received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College in Providence, RI. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, where he worked mainly in the financial and service industries. Mr. Hetu is CPA registered in the State of Massachusetts. In 1993, he joined the management group of the international risk management company Hobbs Group. Since August of 2000, Mr. Hetu has been a member of the management group and CFO of the North American operations. |

DOUG STAIRS VP OF SALES Mr. Stairs holds a Masters degree in Cardiovascular Health Sciences from Northeastern University and entered the medical sales field in 1989. He has previously held sales and/or managerial positions at Corometrics Medical Systems and B & K Medical Systems. Mr. Stairs joined UMS in 1999 and manages the sales division responsible for U.S. growth and business expansion. |

BRUCE PRUDEN VP CLINICAL OPERATIONS Mr. Pruden holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration. He began his career in Healthcare as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and has held positions in Radiology Administration. In addition, Mr. Pruden has over 10 years experience in the Mobile Medical industry. Prior to joining the UMS Management team in 2003 he held the position of Regional Vice President with InSight Health Services, Inc. |

LYNN LAMBURN DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL MARKETING Mrs. Lamburn has a background in Medical Imaging with an Associate of Science degree in Radiology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound). In 1991, Mrs. Lamburn joined B&K Medical as an Application Specialist and served as the Clinical Education Manager in 1997. She joined United Medical Systems to start the Stereotactic Breast Biopsy division. Presently, Mrs. Lamburn is the Director of Clinical Marketing and is responsible for the U.S. Marketing Department. |

JOE PELLETIERE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS After focusing on studies in Business Administration, Joseph Pelletiere worked at the law firm of Mclaughlin & Stern Ballen and Ballen, NYC as Business Administrator responsible for operations and personnel. Mr. Pelletiere became Operations Manager for United Medical Systems USA in 1997. Mr. Pelletiere is presently Director of Operations at United Medical Systems USA. |

DONNA POSTIZZI DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES Having worked in the Human Resources environment her entire career, Ms. Postizzi joined United Medical Systems in 2004. Prior to joining UMS, Ms. Postizzi spent 13 years in various positions at community hospitals to include recruitment, Manager and Interim Director. Ms. Postizzi holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently responsible for all aspects of the human resource function and for the management of the Payroll Department at UMS. |

CAROL STRANEY DIRECTOR OF STEREOTACTIC SERVICES Mrs. Straney received her Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology from Northeastern University followed by Bachelors and MBA degrees from Bentley University. Her background includes management responsibilities in both hospital-based and outpatient imaging facilities. She comes to UMS after an 11 year career with Medical Resources Inc., a multi-state imaging management company. |

RANDY WHALEY DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Mr. Whaley joined UMS in 2002 and also serves as a Area Sales Director. Prior to joining UMS, Mr. Whaley was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Theragenics Corporation. Mr. Whaley has also held positions for Toshiba America Medical Systems and B&K Medical Systems. Both of these positions were senior sales and marketing positions within these companies Mr. Whaley received a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University. |

NANCY AUCOIN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ANDOVER SURGERY CTR. Ms. Aucoin began her career in Healthcare as a Radiological Technologist, working in Radiology Administration throughout the Care Group Network of Hospitals from 1986-1999. Prior to joining UMS in 2002, Ms. Aucoin served as Vice President of Marketing and Development for a privately owned MRI company where she was responsible for the planning and development of new MRI facilities throughout New England. Ms. Aucoin is the Executive Director of the Andover Surgery Center were she is responsible for the daily operations and future development of the center. |
